Private Instruction

We are unique individuals, and everyone has their own style of learning. Some people prefer more personalized attention and instruction. Jenny offers private sessions in the comfort of your home or designated place of practice. One-on-one sessions are an incredible way for individuals to dive deeper into their own practice - both physical and spiritual - as well as to address personal goals, life changes and/or special circumstances. Jenny specializes in various modalities (including physiyoga, yin and restorative practices) and personalizes programs for each client’s needs. Private sessions may be in person or virtual. Contact for information and rates.

Private clients can request in-person or virtual sessions.
