Virtual Class Descriptions
Sunday Sessions
This a 75 minute open level Vinyasa yoga class that livestreams on Sunday mornings at 11am ET. Vinyasa yoga is a yang style of yoga that focuses on connecting breath with movement in a flow style. Jenny infuses conditioning and strengthening aspects into fun, playful sequences. Pranayama and philosophy are addressed in different ways depending on the class. Individualized alignment is encouraged. Options are always given to meet you where you are in your practice and your life.
Flow to Restore
This is a 60 minute yoga class that combines the strength and vigor of Vinyasa yoga with the sweet ending of restoration and relaxation that Restorative and/or Yin yoga offer. Props are suggested for the yin portion of the practice to support you while your body gets quiet. Restorative/Yin postures are chosen to compliment the yang portion of practice.
UPDATE: January 2022
Virtual Flow to Restore is currently on pause until further notice. Please contact Jenny if you have feedback or questions.
