Virtual group class bookings can also be done here. Choose the class you want to attend and following the booking instructions.

How it works:

To book a class or session online, just follow the instructions below.

All credit cards and PayPal are accepted and you will be emailed a confirmation.

In-person private sessions: We meet at your designated place. Please specify your preferred location in the booking form.

Virtual private sessions: Your private Zoom link will be sent to you via email.

Virtual group classes: If you do not see a particular date and time available, this means there is no class schedule on that day and time.
